CAD Design Project Using Fusion 360

I'm developing a novel mountain bike pedal containing a precision internal mechanism, protected by a filed provisional patent application. I need an experienced mechanical engineer to take a complete written design brief and concept diagrams through to manufacturable CAD and a machined V1 prototype drawing package. This is not a drafting job. The design intent, architecture, component list, reference numbering, interfaces, and indicative dimensions are all defined in a detailed design brief. Your job is to apply real mechanical engineering judgement: bearing and bushing selection from load analysis, fits and tolerances to ISO/ASME standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D design and modeling and be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD. Scope - Full assembly CAD model in Fusion 360 - Individual part drawings with GD&T tolerances suitable for a machine shop quote - Cross-section and end-view drawings - Bill of materials with sourcing notes for standard components - Weight estimate from CAD - One revision round after a 3D-printed assembly check Experience - Precision mechanical assemblies with bearing/bushing fits that were actually manufactured, please show examples of machined parts you designed, not just renders - Tolerance engineering drawings to ISO or ASME standards - Fusion 360 - Bonus: bicycle components or small consumer product mechanisms Process You'll be required to sign an NDA before receiving the design brief. The brief includes all component specifications, a reference numeral system that must be carried through to your drawings, and indicative dimensions to be confirmed by your analysis. Please include in your proposal: (1) one example of a precision assembly you designed that was manufactured, (2) estimated hours.
