CAD Designer Needed – Custom 3-Piece Belt Buckle for Manufacturing

I'm looking for an experienced CAD designer to create a production-ready CAD model for a custom 3-piece metal belt buckle. The buckle will be manufactured through metal casting and requires engineering-level CAD files suitable for tooling and mold creation. I will provide sketches, reference images, dimensions, logos, artwork, and overall design direction. The buckle consists of three separate interlocking components that must fit together properly and function as a wearable belt buckle. This CAD will be used directly by the manufacturer for tooling and mold creation, so I need a production-ready engineering model, not just a concept rendering. The final deliverables should include a complete 3D CAD model with all dimensions, wall thicknesses, tolerances, connection points, assembly details, and manufacturing considerations required for mold production. Please account for proper clearances between interlocking pieces, casting requirements, structural integrity, and any necessary manufacturing tolerances. Deliverables should include STEP (.stp) and source CAD files, along with rendered images showing multiple angles and an exploded assembly view. Experience designing belt buckles, jewelry, metal hardware, accessories, or other cast metal products is strongly preferred.
