CAD Designer Needed for Scaled Site Plan Using Parcel Boundaries & Google Earth Imagery

We are seeking an experienced CAD designer or draftsman to create a detailed, to-scale site plan based on parcel boundary data and Google Earth imagery. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately translate geographic and property data into a professional CAD drawing suitable for planning, design, and presentation purposes. Scope of Work: Create a scaled site plan in CAD format Use provided parcel boundary data as the primary reference Overlay and align Google Earth imagery for contextual accuracy Ensure proper scaling, dimensions, and orientation Include basic site features (roads, structures, access points if visible/known) Deliver clean, editable CAD files Required Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) Experience with site planning, civil drafting, or land development drawings Ability to interpret parcel maps, GIS data, and aerial imagery Attention to detail and accuracy in scaling Familiarity with Google Earth Pro or similar tools Deliverables: CAD file PDF version of the site plan Scaled drawing with clear boundaries and labels Preferred Experience: Prior work on land development, ranch/property planning, or architectural site plans Understanding of survey data integration is a plus To Apply, Please Include: Samples of similar site plan or CAD work Your experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or parcel-based drafting Estimated turnaround time
