CAD Designer to create/re-design a 3D printable model of an insulin pen case (.stl file CAD)

I'm looking for an experienced Product Designer / Mechanical Engineer with strong CAD skills to redesign an existing 3D printable insulin pen case. ## Current Situation I already have: * Existing STL files * A fully functional prototype * 3D printed samples * Reference photos The case currently holds: * 2 insulin pens * A removable drawer for needles The functionality works well, but I want to transform it into a premium consumer product with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. ## Goal Redesign the existing model while keeping the internal functionality. The final design should feel similar to products from: * Peak Design * Bellroy * Ridge * Apple accessories Clean, premium and minimal. ## Improvements Required Exterior redesign * Modern industrial design * Cleaner geometry * Better proportions * Premium chamfers and edge treatment * Improved latch appearance Branding * Integrate QAND logo * Premium embossed/debossed branding * Medical-inspired but minimal typography Visibility Window Add a transparent window allowing users to see how many injector pens remain inside. The window should: * Look integrated into the design * Be suitable for acrylic or polycarbonate * Include subtle engraved indicator marks Graphic Details Add tasteful industrial details such as: * Fine recessed lines * Minimal printed typography * Small icons * Branding placement * Optional recessed area for labels/stickers The product should not look busy or overly "medical." Manufacturing Considerations The design should remain suitable for: * FDM 3D printing * Injection molding in the future (preferred) Please avoid unnecessary overhangs and geometry that would complicate manufacturing. ## Deliverables * Fusion 360 (.f3d) or STEP source files * Updated STL files * Printable models * Separate transparent window component * Manufacturing-ready assembly ## Reference Files I will provide: * Existing STL files * Photos of the printed prototype * Branding assets (QAND logo) * Design inspiration references Please include examples of similar work (consumer products, enclosures, medical devices, accessories, etc.).
