CAD Drafter for Garage Site Plan

I am building a residential detached garage and need a skilled CAD drafter to create a submission-ready 2D plan set for municipal building permit approval. I already have official structural shell building plans from the manufacturer (Kloter Farms) and an A-2 land survey/property plot map. I need you to draw: Scaled Site / Plot Plan: Overlaying the garage shell on my property survey, showing required setback distances from property lines/structures, and tracing the underground utility trench path from the main house to the garage. Electrical Layout Sheet: Subpanel location, 100A feed routing, interior/exterior lighting fixtures, 120V wall outlets, 240V dedicated circuits (EV/shop machinery), and exterior floodlights. Plumbing Layout Sheet: Trench water supply line and sewer/drain drop layout, interior hose bibbs/sink, drain routing, and basic isometric or plan-view piping layout.
