CAD Engineer Needed for ADU Plans Revision and Stamping

We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to assist with corrections to an existing ADU permit plan set based on comments received from the permitting/building department. Project Scope * Review the current permit plans and all outstanding review comments. * Make the necessary civil/site-related corrections required to address the comments. * We have the source file for the topographic survey available. * We also have a source file for the plans; however, the plans were subsequently revised after that source file was created. The current permitting comments are based on the more recent revised plan set, so the available plan source file will need to be updated to match the current plans before incorporating the required corrections. * Prepare revised drawings/documents as necessary for resubmittal. * Provide any required engineering calculations, details, notes, signatures, and seals within your scope. * Provide ongoing support through permit approval, including responding to additional reviewer comments and making reasonable revisions if the permitting department requests further clarification. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or is able to provide Florida-signed/sealed engineering documents as required. * Has experience with residential/ADU permitting and site/civil plans. * Has experience responding directly to municipal/county plan-review comments. * Is comfortable working from existing CAD/source files and reconciling them with a newer PDF permit set. * Can remain involved through final approval rather than completing only the initial revision. We will provide the current permit plan set, review comments, available plan source file, and topographic survey source file for review.
