CAD Industrial Designer needed to refine flexible TPU/Silicone kitchen accessory

We are looking for an experienced CAD / Industrial Designer to refine an existing CAD model for a flexible kitchen stand-mixer accessory. Project Overview: We already have the base CAD files with accurate key dimensions, but the design needs to be revised into a collapsible/flexible geometry optimized for manufacturing in TPU or Silicone (Shore 80A-86A). Key Tasks: Review existing CAD files and revise geometry for flexible/collapsible functionality. Ensure structural integrity, wall thickness, and proper tolerances for flexible materials. Provide updated STEP/IGES production files ready for 3D printing (TPU test) and future injection molding toolmakers. Requirements: Proven experience in product design, specifically with flexible polymers, TPU, or silicone rubber. Strong understanding of manufacturing tolerances and 3D printing/injection molding requirements. Please share 1–2 examples of similar physical product or flexible rubber/silicone CAD work when applying.
