​3D CAD Mechanical Designer for Plastic Consumer Product (3D Printing & Injection Molding)

​Looking for an experienced mechanical CAD designer to turn patent specifications into production-ready 3D CAD files for a handheld mechanical pouch dispenser (76\(mm) \times 155\(mm). ​Project Scope: ​Create a 3D CAD assembly based on patent documentation (description and layout diagrams provided upon NDA signature). ​Model a 2-part clamshell outer housing, internal friction feed-roller mechanism, dual-column storage tracks with 0.8\mm guiding ribs, compression spring seats, and a sweep-arm push-button ejection system. ​Design must be optimized for initial 3D printing (FDM/SLA) and future plastic injection molding (DFM). ​Deliverables Required: ​Native CAD source files (SolidWorks or Fusion 360 preferred). ​Clean .STEP assembly files. ​Print-ready .STL files for every individual part. ​Requirements: ​Proven experience designing mechanical plastic enclosures with tight tolerances and moving parts. ​Willingness to execute a standard NDA before receiving complete patent files.
