Looking for a 3D CAD designer to model a modular, 3D-printable animatronic core designed to fit inside a hollow mannequin head. Requirements: Designed for standard MG90S metal-gear micro servos. Dual-eye 2-axis gimbal (2x 26mm eyes with synchronized pan/tilt), upper/lower eyelids, speech-synced lower jaw mechanism, and 3-DOF neck base. Modular flat plates that bolt together with M3 screws. Clean frame geometry with zero text or embossed branding. Standoff mounts for PCA9685 driver, Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W / Orange Pi, mini USB mic, and 30mm speaker. Color-Separated Plates: Every component must be grouped on separate STL build plates strictly by color/material (e.g., Plate 1: Frame, Plate 2: Eyelids/Linkages, Plate 3: Teeth, Plate 4: Eyeball Shells). No multi-material single prints. Terms: Must deliver .STL (grouped by color plate) and editable .STEP source files. Open to bids / rates.
