Title: 3D CAD Modeling for Scale Resin Printing – Riverine Combat Boat (BCF) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced 3D CAD designer to create a high-detail, watertight 3D model of a Riverine Combat Boat (BCF) for SLA/Resin 3D printing and subsequent silicone mold casting. The model must be accurately scaled and split into modular parts to facilitate printing, molding, and assembly. Key Specifications: 1. Scale & Dimensions: 1:35 Scale (Target hull length: ~25 cm / 250 mm). 2. Geometry Quality: 100% Watertight/Manifold STL files, optimized for SLA resin printing (no open edges, zero non-manifold faces). 3. Wall Thickness: Minimum wall thickness of 2.5 mm for main hull and major structures. Required Modular Breakdown (Separated Files): - Part 1: Main Hull & Inner Deck (flat bottom section for display base mounting). - Part 2: Command Console & Windshield. - Part 3: Radar Arch / T-Top & Antenna Array (reinforced for SLA printing). - Part 4: Outboard Engines (twin engine setup, single master file). - Part 5: Weapons & Mounts (.50 Cal heavy machine gun and MK-19 launcher with shields as independent parts). Provided Reference Material: - Attachment 1: 3D Render showing vessel layout, crew positioning, and camouflage colors. - Attachment 2: Technical 2D Orthographic Drawing (Profile & Main Deck views with station lines 1 to 11).
