MANDATORY CAD DRAFTING STANDARDS: • FLATTEN ALL VECTORS: All linework must be completely flattened to 2D (Z-elevation = 0). No 3D polylines are allowed. • TEXT PROPERTIES: All text labels must be exactly 3.0 text height, using Arial font. • ARROW PROPERTIES: All drafting arrows (including parking directional arrows) must be exactly 2.5 size. • GLOBAL LTSCALE: Set the global linetype scale (LTSCALE) to 0.1 across the entire drawing. • GEOMETRIC ACCURACY: All lines must be continuous, crisp polylines. Building corners must be perfectly squared/orthogonalized (90-degree angles). No jagged, raw AI-traced polylines. 5. REQUIRED LAYERS & ASSET CLASSES: We do not have a custom template file. Please create a clean CAD layout with a dedicated layer for each feature class below, using unique, highly contrasting colors of your choice: • "BUILDING": Main structural walls, building footprints, permanent sheds, stairs, and structural columns. • "OVERHANG": Roof projections, chajjas, awnings, and canopies (CRITICAL: Assign "DASHED2" linetype to this layer). • "CURB": Top of curb, curb stone lines, face/lip of curb, and concrete channel/gutter lines. • "CONCRETE": Footpaths, concrete aprons, pedestrian walkways, and dumpster pads. • "STRIPING": All car park markings (parking bays, arrows, zebra crossings, handicap symbols, hatchings). • "WALL" & "FENCE": Compound walls, retaining walls, site boundary fences, and gates. • "OH_POWER": Overhead electrical power lines, service cables, and telecom wires drawn cleanly from pole to pole. • "POLE": Electric poles, utility poles, and street light columns (CRITICAL: Draw a precise circle around the exact center mass of the pole base). • "UTILITY_COLLAR": Inspection chambers, manholes, water/gas valves, and cleanout rims (CRITICAL: Draw a precise circle matching the exact outer diameter of the concrete collar/rim). 6.
