3D CAD Product Design (SolidWorks) — High-Precision Ergonomic Beauty Instrument

We are seeking an experienced SolidWorks / Industrial CAD Designer to model a solid-body precision beauty instrument for resin prototyping and eventual injection molding. (This is a static single-part chassis with zero internal moving mechanical parts/gears). ​The core modeling focus requires high-accuracy micro-features and smooth surface blending: ​Micro-V Funnel & Slit: Narrow capture channel requiring fine calibrated tolerances down to 0.02 mm – 0.05 mm pinch throat widths. ​Catch Basin / Pocket: A 0.15 mm – 0.20 mm relief pocket positioned directly behind the micro-V channel. ​Safety Radii: Micro-fillets (0.05 mm – 0.10 mm rounded safety radii) on leading tips and edges to prevent snagging on fine mesh. ​Chassis & Ergonomics: High-end ergonomic handpiece (100–130 mm total length) designed for single-hand balance and clean aesthetic lines. ​Deliverables: ​Production-ready 3D CAD files (.STEP and native SolidWorks .SLDPRT). ​Static cross-section clearance verification in SolidWorks. ​Fully dimensioned 2D engineering drawings (PDF) with designated critical tolerances. ​Up to 2 minor revision rounds for dimension fine-tuning. Requirement: Please mention your experience with fine-tolerance micro-parts or medical/precision consumer hardware in your proposal.
