CAD & Sandblast Ready Vector Artist: Cemetery Artwork Library (450–500 Files)
Worldwide
We are looking for an expert vector designer and CAD draftsman to audit, clean, and expand a digital asset library for commercial stone manufacturing, monument engraving, and monument sandblasting software. You must fundamentally understand monument/cemetery artwork constraints and sandblast-ready design rules (stencil blowout prevention, minimum line weights for stone cutting, and proper geometry). You will be working with an existing database of initial drafts created by our team, alongside creating original designs from scratch to fulfill the library volume. Strict Copyright & Originality Rule: All final deliverables must be 100% original work or legally compliant tracings of public domain/standard industry chipset artwork. Absolutely no copyrighted material, stolen vectors, or intellectual property owned by other companies will be accepted. Every file must be legally clear for exclusive corporate ownership. Strict Technical Requirements: To be deemed "Sandblast and CAD Production-Ready," all files must strictly conform to the following specifications: File Formats: Simultaneous delivery in clean, uncompressed .DXF, .EPS, and .AI formats. Clean Geometry: Zero overlapping lines or duplicate vectors. All intersecting paths must be completely welded, merged, or eliminated. Closed Loops: Every individual shape or region intended for physical sandblast stencils must consist of fully closed paths with absolute zero line gaps. Smooth Vectors: Paths must use an optimal, minimal density of anchor points. Jagged, high-density automated "image-trace" geometry is completely unacceptable. Scope of Work: 1. Audit & Over-Trace: Review our existing vector draft library. Manually repair, clean, and over-trace the files that fail the technical CAD checks to bring them up to standard. 2. Original Library Growth: Design and deliver clean, original vector artwork across industry-standard cemetery categories (e.g., specific florals/roses, emblems, religious iconography, borders). Project Structure & Milestones: This is a fixed-price, milestone-based project for a total volume of 450 to 500 production-ready files. Please submit your flat-rate proposal for the entire scope based on the milestones below: Milestone 1 (Paid Pilot Test): Initial audit and the delivery of the first 50 production-ready files. Our development team will test these files directly in our CAD environment to verify clean imports before moving forward. Milestone 2 (Mid-Point Progress): Delivery of the next 200 verified files. Milestone 3 (Final Library Delivery): Delivery of the remaining 200–250 files to complete the library. To Apply: Please provide your flat-rate project quote along with examples of technical vector work you have done specifically for monument drafting, sandblasting, CNC, or laser engraving. Applications without specific manufacturing vector samples will be automatically disqualified.
