2D CAD Site Plan and Layout

Project Description: I need a professional AutoCAD or Revit designer to create a 1-page Preliminary Site Fit / Yield Study for a residential parcel in Charlotte, NC (Zoning: N1-B). This is a "proof-of-concept" layout for a bridge-loan appraisal. It does not need to be stamped by a licensed engineer. I need a clean, scaled drawing that proves we can maximize density on a 0.47-acre corner lot. Site Details: Location: Charlotte, NC 28205 (Corner Lot) Dimensions: Approx. 150’ x 135’ (Total 20,517 sq. ft.) Zoning (N1-B) Setbacks: 27’ Front, 5’ Side, 35’ Rear. Requirements for the Sketch: Buildings: Layout two (2) triplex buildings (total 6 units). Assume a footprint of approx. 2,200 sq. ft. per building. Parking: Include 9 designated parking spaces (1.5 per unit). Green Space: Clearly mark a 15% "TreeSave / Green Area" boundary (approx. 3,000 sq. ft.).
