CAD Update for Plastic Part: Surface Smoothing & Rib Adjustments (SolidWorks / STEP)

Project Overview: We need a fast and precise CAD update for an existing bathroom stool design. The material will be Injection Molded PP-TD30. You do not need to do the engineering from scratch – we have an FEA report and exact instructions that need to be executed perfectly. Budget: Fixed Price: $100 - $150 Your Exact Tasks: 1. Surface Inspection & Smoothing: 1. Surface Inspection & Smoothing (Class-A): The curved outer surfaces of the current STEP file must be perfectly smooth (G2 continuity). You are required to run a Zebra-Stripe Analysis on the main surfaces. If the surfaces are faceted or broken, you must rebuild them. Requirement: You must provide screenshot proof of the Zebra Analysis showing continuous, smooth flowing lines before the milestone is approved. 2. Rib Adjustments (Strict Rule): You need to add shallow secondary ribs and slightly increase the height of the central ribs according to our FEA report. CRITICAL: You must strictly follow the 50-60% nominal wall thickness rule. The base of every rib must not exceed 50-60% of the outer wall thickness to prevent sink marks. 3. Bottom Engravings: The texts and markings on the bottom surface need to be adjusted slightly in consultation with us. What we provide (after NDA is signed): Current .STEP file. FEA Report (PDF) showing where ribs are needed. Visual mockup for the text placement. Requirements: Proficient in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino. Experience with basic injection molding rules (sink marks). Must sign an NDA before we share the project files. You will deliver the updated .STEP file.
