【Job Title: Long-term Bilingual (Japanese/English) Web & Content Assistant for US Brand Initial Launch】 [Overview] We are looking for a reliable, passionate, and flexible bilingual assistant to grow with our business. We are an emerging US brand preparing for an exciting launch. This is a long-term, hourly-based position (around $20/hour, negotiable depending on skills) with potential for a full-time contract in the future as we scale up! [Key Responsibilities] WordPress Management: Assist in maintaining and scaling our website (OC Hiroba project), adding new topics, and performing routine monthly maintenance. (No complex engineering required from day one, but basic knowledge is preferred.) Simple Video Uploads (YouTube): Upload daily life and behind-the-scenes content (e.g., perfume research, Tesla self-driving experiences, life in California) taken by the owner on a smartphone. General Operations: Coordinate and adapt to various creative tasks as the brand grows. [Requirements] Native Japanese speaker with intermediate English communication skills. Basic experience with WordPress or willingness to learn. Flexible mindset and excited to grow together with an entrepreneur!
