CEO Partner & Integrator - Team Leader (Fractional | Remote)

I'm a visionary founder who needs a strong Integrator to run the business while I focus on growth. This is not a task manager role , I need someone who can lead people, build systems, and keep the numbers tight. What you'll own: - Lead and manage the team day-to-day , accountability, priorities, and performance - Train and onboard new hires so nothing depends on me to explain it - Build and maintain SOPs so the team runs without hand-holding - Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work and boost team efficiency - Own the financial reporting , dashboards, KPIs, cash flow, and monthly reviews - Spot what's broken before it becomes a crisis and fix it fast What we're looking for: - Proven experience managing and leading small teams remotely - Hands-on with AI tools and workflow automations (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.) - Strong financial background — you understand the numbers and can explain them clearly - Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and onboarding processes -A calm, decisive operator who earns team trust quickly Engagement: Part-time / Fractional | Remote | Long-term
