CFA & Finance Expert – AI Model Evaluation (Remote, USA)

Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour Work Mode: Remote | Part-Time | Immediate Start We are seeking USA-based CFA professionals with 5–10 years of experience to support an AI model evaluation and data labeling project. Selected candidates will evaluate responses generated by five different AI models, assess them against predefined criteria, and create prompts that challenge the models. Domains We're Hiring For -Investment Banking -FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) -Fixed Income Research -Operational Finance -Claims Auditing -Forensic Auditing -Insurance Risk Management -Contract Compliance -Commercial Disputes Key Responsibilities Review domain-specific prompts and AI-generated responses Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency Validate technical concepts and industry best practices Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and omissions Create prompts that challenge ("stump") AI models Provide structured feedback based on evaluation guidelines Availability Requirements -8 hours/day -Each task takes approximately 3 hours -Must be available for client screening call and training with camera on Submission Criteria: Please Read -USA-based Individual Contributors (ICs) only -Actively available and responsive -Comfortable on camera during meetings and working sessions -Genuinely committed to the engagement -Must sign consent form confirming NO AI tools will be used during the project -Final selection requires a client interview Required Experience -Minimum 5+ years in one or more of the listed domains -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Experience reviewing complex financial reports, audit findings, compliance documentation, or legal documents -Prior AI evaluation or data labeling experience highly preferred Preferred Certifications -CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) — strongly preferred -CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CRM, ARM, CPCU, CCEP, CCCM -JD or equivalent legal qualification (for Commercial Disputes) Education -Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Risk Management, Law, or related field Work Location: Remote (USA only)
