CFO / Financial Manager (Real Estate | AppFolio & Buildium Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced CFO / Financial Manager with a strong background in accounting, financial management, and real estate operations. This role requires someone who can oversee financial strategy while also managing day-to-day accounting operations across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a portfolio manager, with deep knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and property management systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Prepare reports for refinancing and tax purposes Monitor and analyze portfolio financial performance Ensure accuracy of ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements Coordinate with internal teams on financial and operational matters Support decision-making with financial insights and reporting Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Manager, or Senior Accountant Strong background in real estate accounting and portfolio management Proficient in AppFolio and Buildium (REQUIRED) Experience in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting Ability to handle budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have: Experience with construction draws Familiarity with property management operations Experience working with U.S.-based real estate companies
