CFO (US experienced)

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and act as a dedicated personal financial consultant to the CEO. Core Responsibilities Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted financial strategist and sounding board to the CEO, providing data-driven insights to guide growth, investment, and risk management. US Regulation & Accounting: Oversee all corporate governance, compliance, and tax strategies strictly aligned with US accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. Forecasting & Modeling: Build and maintain advanced financial models, cash-flow forecasting, and budget allocations to protect capital velocity. Core Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including advanced Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the generation of precise financial statements. Key Requirements US Expertise: Deep, proven experience navigating US company regulations, commercial law, and US accounting practices. Operational Mastery: Hands-on proficiency managing AP/AR, financial statement preparation, and automated payroll platforms.
