We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Creator & CGI Specialist to produce cutting-edge, high-end short-form video content for our social media channels. All of our upcoming projects will center heavily on AI-driven video creation and modification. We need an innovator who doesn't just push buttons on a generator, but who understands how to use AI tools alongside traditional CGI/VFX pipelines to create seamless, hyper-realistic, or highly stylized visual transformations. A major component of this role will involve recreating, altering, and enhancing existing video footage using advanced AI workflows (e.g., video-to-video generation, digital asset replacement, or environment manipulation). Key Responsibilities Create thumb-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) utilizing advanced AI video models. Recreate and transform existing video footage using video-to-video AI tools, maintaining consistent quality and visual flow. Merge CGI elements, 3D assets, or motion graphics seamlessly into AI-generated videos. Maintain a premium, polished aesthetic that aligns with our brand’s visual identity. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI video tools, workflows, and techniques. Required Skills & Tools AI Video Generation: Deep experience with tools like Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Sora, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, or Kaiber. Open-Source/Advanced AI Workflows: Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion (AnimateDiff, ControlNet, EbSynth), or similar advanced node-based setups for precise control over video-to-video output. CGI & Post-Production: Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or Premiere Pro to clean up, composite, or enhance AI outputs. Visual Standards: A strong eye for lighting, composition, and physics knowing how to fix "AI hallucinations" or morphing artifacts.
