CLI / LTL Rating & Data Entry Virtual Assistant

CLI / LTL Rating & Data Entry Virtual Assistant Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in freight, LTL trucking, carrier operations, rating, quoting, and data entry. Experience with CLI TMS is strongly preferred. This position will start part-time, with potential to become full-time based on performance. Compensation: Part-time: $400/month Full-time: $800/month Potential increase after positive performance review. Work Hours: Must be available during U.S. business hours, preferably 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time or partially overlapping. Responsibilities: Enter shipment, customer, consignee, and quote data into CLI TMS Assist with LTL rating and quoting Review shipment information for accuracy before entry Support quote-to-dispatch workflow Update customer, carrier, and shipment records Track quote status, shipment status, PODs, invoices, and related data Communicate with internal sales, dispatch, customer care, and billing teams Help maintain clean and accurate operational databases Follow SOPs and report missing or unclear information Support basic freight documentation review, including BOLs, PODs, rate sheets, and invoices Required Skills: Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, LTL, or logistics operations Strong data entry accuracy Ability to learn CLI TMS quickly Good English communication skills Detail-oriented and reliable Self-starter who can follow procedures without constant supervision Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, email, and web-based systems Preferred Experience: CLI (Carrier Logistics) TMS experience LTL carrier or freight brokerage background Rating, quoting, customer care, or dispatch support experience Familiarity with NMFC, class, lanes, accessorials, and fuel surcharge Important: Accuracy is critical. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and able to carefully enter and verify freight information.
