Summary

We are looking for a CMS Manager to strengthen our CEE Marketing Team by taking ownership of CMS governance, and website quality across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. The person in this role will closely collaborate with our Global Digital Marketing Team in Germany (HQ), working in a matrix structure: disciplinarily reporting to the Marketing Manager CEE, while receiving functional guidance from global digital experts. The primary focus of this role is delivering CMS-related tasks for the CEE region. Once CEE priorities are completed, the CMS Manager may support additional global (HQ) requests. Key Responsibilities CMS Management & Governance - Independent management and maintenance of websites based on Adobe AEM CMS. - Ensuring consistent content structure, quality, and compliance with global CMS standards. - Managing page structures, components, templates, navigation logic, and metadata within the CMS. - Monitoring content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand and layout guidelines. Content Coordination & Localization - Coordination of content updates and adaptations for CEE markets. - Management of multilingual and multi-market website structures. - Cooperation with local marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate publishing. - Quality assurance of content before and after publication (structure, formatting, links, assets). CMS Processes & Optimization - Supporting and improving CMS workflows and publishing processes. - Documentation of CMS structures, rules, and best practices for regional use. - Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to CMS-related processes. - Supporting onboarding and daily work of internal CMS users according to defined standards. Web & Technical Support - Close collaboration with developers and digital specialists on CMS-related technical topics. - Identification of CMS-related issues and coordination of fixes with internal teams. - Supporting CMS readiness for analytics, tracking, and SEO-related requirements. - Ensuring CMS structures support performance, scalability, and future development.
