COO / Operations Manager Needed — Franchise Operations & Scaling Experience Required Job Description: We are looking for an experienced COO / Operations Manager who has strong experience working with, building, scaling, or consulting for franchise businesses. This role is for someone who understands how franchise systems are built, operated, documented, improved, and scaled. We need someone who can help create structure, accountability, systems, and operational processes for a growing business. The right person must have real franchise experience — not just general operations experience. What We Need Help With: We are looking for someone who can help with: Building operational systems and processes Creating franchise-ready workflows Developing SOPs and training documents Improving day-to-day operations Creating accountability systems for staff, operators, and partners Helping organize roles and responsibilities Building reporting structures Supporting expansion planning Helping us think through what needs to be in place before scaling Reviewing gaps in our current operations Creating simple, clear systems that can be repeated across locations/markets Required Experience: You must have experience in franchise operations. What did you personally build, manage, improve, or implement? Did you work on operations, training, SOPs, franchisee support, expansion, compliance, onboarding, or systems? We are looking for someone who has done this before.
