CPA Accountant for S Corp and Personal Needs with AI Support

I'm looking for help with my s corp and personal tax returns. This would be the following: 1 person s-corp (me) with consulting services income rental property income S corp: - federal 940, 941 - california DE 88, DE 9, 9C - generate w-2 - annual reconciliation Personal: - 1040 es, 540 es (california) Annual returns for all, and a few other random tasks. Update a tracking spreadsheet to ensure everything is on time. AI to prep the work. I value efficiency and expectation setting. Once per quarter, file all documents and track that the work is done. Annually, reconcile the business accounts, prepare tax returns. Use AI to help prep, ask me to review what's needed, and get work done on time. Meet 1-4 times a year to discuss items. My plan is to get started in July - September, I'll respond and reach out to you to chat these next few weeks. I need to wrap up tax filings and it's been taking much longer than anticipated.
