M&A Scout & Exit Dealflow Sourcer - Business Brokerage: Earn 10% of Success Fees for Introductions

We’re looking for CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers, and fractional CFOs who already work with privately held business owners. Your clients may occasionally mention retirement, burnout, succession, or curiosity about what their business is worth. When that happens, make a warm introduction to participate in the upside when the business is sold. We handle the valuation, preparation, marketing, buyer outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and closing, while respecting and protecting your existing client relationship. This is not a cold-calling role. There are no quotas, schedules, or minimum activity requirements. Ideal Fit: You regularly advise established U.S. businesses and have direct relationships with their owners. Compensation: Earn 10% of our collected success fee when a business you introduce successfully closes. Typical scout payouts range from $2,000–$25,000+ per transaction, with no cap on earnings.
