CPA Needed: RegCF Reviewed Financial Statements + Ongoing Startup Accounting

Overview SOCIII, Inc. is a Delaware C-corp incorporated via Stripe Atlas approximately 60 days ago. We are preparing for a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering and need reviewed financial statements prepared in accordance with SSARS 21 standards. This is our first Reg CF raise. We are pre-revenue with clean books. We are also looking for the right fit to become our ongoing accounting partner as we scale. Scope of Work Phase 1 — RegCF Reviewed Financials (immediate need) Review engagement performed under SSARS 21 (Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services) Reviewed balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and statement of changes in equity Independent accountant's review report suitable for submission to a Reg CF funding portal Delivery in both PDF and editable format Target turnaround: 2–3 weeks from engagement start Phase 2 — Ongoing Services (for the right candidate) Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation Quarterly management accounts Annual tax preparation (Delaware C-corp, federal + state) CFO advisory support as needed for fundraising Required Qualifications Please do not apply if you cannot confirm all of the following: Active, unrestricted CPA license in good standing — you must provide your license number and state of licensure so we can verify Licensed to perform attest engagements (review and audit) — a CPA license alone is not sufficient; confirm explicitly Prior experience preparing reviewed financial statements for a Reg CF offering specifically — please describe this experience in your application Familiarity with SSARS 21 standards — reference this standard by name in your proposal Experience with early-stage Delaware C-corps and/or Stripe Atlas-incorporated entities preferred Preferred Experience Prior work with Reg CF portals (Wefunder, Republic, StartEngine, or similar) Startup or SaaS company accounting background Familiarity with SEC Regulation Crowdfunding requirements and financial statement formatting expectations Budget Phase 1 (reviewed financials only): fixed price — please quote your all-in fee in your proposal. We are a pre-revenue 60-day-old company with minimal transactions; pricing should reflect the actual scope. Phase 2 (ongoing): open to monthly retainer discussion with the right candidate.
