US CPA / Tax Advisor (Ad Hoc Consulting)

We're an early-stage startup looking for an experienced US CPA or Tax Advisor to provide ad hoc tax support as our business grows. You'll advise us on: Federal and multi-state tax requirements State registrations and tax filings Franchise tax obligations Ongoing tax compliance questions General US tax guidance for a growing startup Requirements Licensed US CPA (or equivalent US tax professional) Strong experience with federal and multi-state taxation Experience advising startups and growing companies Hawaii tax knowledge is a plus Responsive and able to provide practical guidance on discrete matters without a retainer This is an ongoing, as-needed consulting engagement. We're looking for someone we can rely on for timely, pragmatic tax advice as new questions arise.
