CPA/Tax Specialist for US LLC — Ongoing

We are Diasphere LLC, a US-based company. We're looking for an experienced CPA — preferably an independent specialist, not a firm — for ongoing tax support and advisory. What we need: - Annual business tax return (LLC) - W-2 preparation for employees - 1099 issuance for contractors - Tax optimization consulting — helping us reduce tax liability and plan smarter throughout the year - Guidance on setting up 401(k) or other pre-tax accounts to maximize tax savings Requirements: - Active CPA license in the USA - Proven experience with LLCs - Strong knowledge of tax optimization strategies for small businesses - Experience with 401(k) setup and pre-tax savings strategies - Based in the USA How we work: Everything is remote.
