Summary

We are an alcoholic beverage importing company requiring a US licensed CPA to assist in reviewing our annual financial statements in order that we may engage in a comprehensive due diligence process with a prospective lender. The lender requires our financial accounts to be CPA-reviewed both for the initial due-diligence process and for ongoing provisions of statements on an annual basis after obtaining the credit line.
