CPA for Tax Return Reconstruction

I received an IRS CP59 notice indicating that the IRS has no record of my 2021 federal tax return. I am looking for a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent with experience handling late-filed returns and IRS notices. Background: * U.S. taxpayer * W-2 employee in 2021 * Changed employers during the year (JPMorgan to a fintech company) * IRS Wage & Income Transcript has already been obtained * Multiple W-2s, dividend income, and brokerage transactions reported to the IRS * I do not know whether a 2021 return was ever filed, and I cannot locate any tax records from that year * IRS has sent a CP59 notice requesting action Scope of Work: 1. Review IRS CP59 notice and Wage & Income Transcript 2. Determine whether additional records are needed 3. Reconstruct and prepare my 2021 federal tax return 4. Calculate any tax due, penalties, or refund position 5. File the return (or advise on filing process if required) 6. Advise on any necessary response to the IRS notice Requirements: * Active CPA or Enrolled Agent license * Experience with IRS notices, delinquent returns, and transcript-based return reconstruction * Familiarity with brokerage transactions and 1099-B reporting * Ability to communicate clearly and explain next steps I can provide the IRS notice and Wage & Income Transcript immediately after engagement.
