CPA needed for quick income attestation

Summary

I am applying to rent a condo, and the condo board is asking me to have a CPA write a letter attesting to my income in the past year or two, and then estimating my next year's income. I want a CPA who can simply take a look at my W-2 forms in the past 2 years (I will send them to you), and then write a very short letter re-stating my income for those 2 years, then extrapolate my next year's income based on that, then sign the letter. I need this as soon as possible, please apply if you're available and tell me how much you'd charge for this, thanks!
