Summary

Looking for a licensed CPA to file 3 years of personal returns (MFJ, Nevada) plus partnership returns for the same years. The situation involves multiple Schedule C businesses, a capital loss event, contractor filings, and a partnership structuring question that requires experienced judgment. Prep work is largely done — you'll be reviewing and filing, not starting from scratch. We believe our preference is to pay hourly for consulting, then fixed rate for filing a year, but open to other arrangements. Please share your experience with multi-year catch-up engagements.
