Summary

One-time project (with potential for ongoing work if quality is strong) We are seeking an expert to convert 300-500 CREO files to EPLAN, focusing on electrical schematics and panel assembly drawings. The task involves markup incorporation and requires precision and attention to detail. Samples attached. Project Overview We have a large batch of industrial electrical/mechanical drawings (schematics, panel/enclosure assemblies, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials) that were originally created in PTC Creo. These drawings need to be: Converted from Creo into EPLAN (EPLAN), and Updated to incorporate hand-marked-up redline changes that our engineering team has annotated directly on the PDF exports. The drawings cover items such as: Electrical wiring schematics for VSD (Variable Speed Drive) control panels Starter box / enclosure assembly and fabrication drawings (weldments, sheet metal panels, sections/details) Back panel and terminal block assemblies with wire numbering and BOMs Door and gasket assemblies Miscellaneous component assemblies (ducts, brackets, cable glands, etc.) Each drawing includes a title block, revision history, bill of materials (BOM) table, and (in many cases) red-ink handwritten markups indicating dimension changes, part number/BOM corrections, component relocations, notes to "remove," "add," or "update per 3D model," and similar redline instructions. Scope of Work Review each source drawing (PDF export from Creo, some with scanned red-pen markups). Rebuild/recreate each drawing as a native EPLAN project file, preserving: Title block data (drawing number, part number, revision, description, scale, material, weight, etc.) Full BOM/parts tables with item numbers, quantities, part numbers, and descriptions Schematic wiring logic, wire numbering/tagging conventions, and component symbols Mechanical assembly views, sections, and details (where applicable — enclosure/weldment drawings) Incorporate every handwritten/redline markup found on the drawings — this includes: Dimensional corrections and added dimensions BOM line-item updates (part number changes, added/removed components, quantity changes) Component repositioning notes (e.g., relocating mounts, clamps, connectors) Drawing notes flagged for removal or addition Any callouts referencing "update per 3D model" or similar cross-references Maintain drawing revision numbering conventions (increment revision letter/number per our standard, log changes in the revision block). Deliver drawings in a file structure/naming convention we provide, organized by drawing number and revision.
