About Us: We are a small, growing jewelry company specializing in gemstones. We operate using two sales models: 1. Retail (B2C): We run 2 proprietary online stores and sell on marketplaces (Allegro, Etsy, eBay). All order processing and inventory management are centralized in Baselinker (a multichannel e-commerce hub). 2. Wholesale (B2B offline): Wholesale data and invoices are currently managed in Infakt (a cloud accounting software with API capabilities). _________________ Project Goal: We are looking for a CRM expert to advise us on selecting the optimal CRM tool and to help design its data architecture. Our goal is to centralize all our customers (both retail and wholesale) into a single database. Initially, the CRM will be used by 1 user. _________________ Software Budget: We are looking for CRM where the monthly subscription cost does not exceed ~$60 USD / month. _________________ Key Features Required: 1. Automated CLV/LTV Calculation: The system must track and aggregate the total amount a specific client has spent across both retail and wholesale channels. 2. Advanced Segmentation & Filtering: We need to create dynamic views, for example: - "Show clients who generated over $2,500 in revenue in the last 12 months." - "Show clients who haven't made a purchase in the last 6 months." 3. Marketing Automation: The ability to build automated workflows based on customer behavior and segments (e.g., automated win-back emails for clients inactive for 6 months). _________________ Our Current Tech Stack (Integration Required): - Baselinker (Retail orders and marketplace hub) - Infakt (Wholesale invoicing system) - Zadarma (Cloud VoIP telephony) - n8n _________________ What We Expect from You: - Map out a clear data architecture/API plan detailing how to connect these tools (likely utilizing n8n) to achieve our goals. - Provide hands-on support during the CRM implementation process. _________________ Please provide a brief answer to the following: - Based on our stack and software budget, which CRM system do you highly recommend? - What is your experience in implementing your recommended system and connecting it via n8n/API? - What is your estimated quote for this initial planning and implementation support phase?
