CRM & Data Automation Specialist (n8n)

We are looking for someone to maintain and improve our existing n8n automation workflows. Our current workflows handle lead capture, CRM updates, customer data synchronization and internal notifications. We need someone who can troubleshoot issues, keep data flowing correctly between systems and make improvements when needed. This is an ongoing support role focused on maintaining and improving existing automations. Responsibilities Monitor and fix existing n8n workflows Troubleshoot failed automations and API errors Maintain lead → CRM → follow-up workflows Keep customer data synchronized across platforms Clean up and improve CRM data processes Add or modify workflows as business needs change Experience n8n (or similar automation tools) CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel API integrations, webhooks and JSON Experience working with customer and lead data You should be comfortable understanding an existing automation system, finding where things break and making practical improvements.
