We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Entry Specialist to help maintain and update our customer database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, verifying, and managing customer information within our CRM system. Responsibilities: Enter and update customer, lead, and company data in the CRM Verify data accuracy and remove duplicates Maintain clean and organized records Research and fill in missing information when required Ensure data consistency across all records Generate basic reports and spreadsheets as needed
