CRM & Data Entry Specialist | Administrative Support

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CRM & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system while performing a variety of data entry and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include entering, updating, verifying, and organizing data with a high level of accuracy, maintaining customer information in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems, importing and exporting data from spreadsheets, cleaning and validating records, generating basic reports, organizing digital files, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, experience with CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. A fast typing speed, the ability to work independently, and meeting deadlines are essential. Experience with lead management, data validation, and online research is considered a plus.
