CRM Developer/Automation Specialist - GoHighLevel Conversational AI

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel developer/automation specialist to integrate Conversational AI into our existing real estate lead generation and acquisitions system. Project Scope We currently use GHL for outbound SMS campaigns and CRM management. We want to build a system where: Outbound SMS → Lead Responds → AI Takes Over Conversation → Qualifies Lead → Books Appointment / Human Handoff / Nurture** The system should include: * GHL Conversation AI setup and optimization * AI-powered two-way SMS conversations * Integration with our existing outbound SMS campaigns * Seller/property qualification * CRM custom fields, tags and pipeline automation * Lead-source-specific conversation context * Appointment booking using GHL calendars * Automated appointment confirmations * AI → ISA/closer human handoff * Automatic AI shutoff when a team member takes over * Hot-lead notifications * Short-term AI follow-up * Long-term nurture workflows * DNC/opt-out handling * Lead-source and conversion tracking * Testing and optimization of the complete system We have multiple lead campaigns including pre-foreclosure, tax liens, probate, vacant properties, code violations, landlord/tenant issues, MLS leads and general distressed properties. We already have the sales process, qualification criteria, campaign content, appointment process and AI instructions developed. We primarily need someone who can build and integrate the technical infrastructure inside GoHighLevel.
