Summary

We’re looking for an experienced CRM expert to help set up and optimize CRM accounts for our clients across platforms like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), and others. This role is ideal for someone who understands not just the technical side of CRMs, but how to structure systems that actually drive sales, improve follow-ups, and streamline operations. You’ll be working on real client accounts, helping build out clean, organized, and high-performing CRM systems from the ground up. Please note: You must be located in the U.S. (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones) and able to work during our normal business hours (Eastern Time). What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Setting up CRM accounts from scratch or improving existing setups • Building and organizing pipelines, deal stages, and contact structures • Creating and implementing automations (email, SMS, workflows, triggers) • Setting up forms, landing pages, and lead capture systems • Integrating CRMs with third-party tools (Zapier, APIs, webhooks, etc.) • Importing and cleaning data (contacts, deals, custom fields) • Building reports and dashboards to track performance and key metrics • Ensuring everything is structured for scalability and ease of use • QA testing setups to ensure everything runs smoothly You should have solid experience with at least one of the following platforms: • ActiveCampaign • HubSpot • GoHighLevel (GHL) We understand that no one has mastered every CRM, so if you’re strong in one platform, we’re happy to help you get up to speed on others as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience setting up and managing CRM systems • Strong understanding of automation logic and workflows • Experience with integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs) • Ability to think strategically about sales and marketing processes • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Clear communication, ability to document your work, and quick, reliable response times Nice to Have: • Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts • Background in sales funnels, lead generation, or email marketing • Familiarity with reporting and analytics inside CRMs About Us: We specialize in helping businesses implement and optimize CRM, sales, and marketing automation systems.
