CRM & Integration Consultant (QuickBase → Zoho CRM) | Long-Term Opportunity About the Project: We are looking for an experienced CRM consultant to become our long-term CRM partner. Today, our business uses QuickBase as both our Commercial CRM and Operational platform. Our goal is to separate these responsibilities: Zoho CRM will become our Commercial CRM. QuickBase will remain our operational platform. The two systems will communicate through an integration (middleware). We are looking for someone who can help us design this transition, implement the CRM, and potentially take ownership of the integration architecture if they have the required experience. This is not a simple CRM setup project. We are looking for someone who can think like an architect, recommend best practices, and become our long-term CRM expert. Phase 1 – QuickBase Review & Improvements The first stage of the project includes reviewing our existing QuickBase application and implementing several improvements to prepare it for migration. Examples include: Reviewing the current CRM structure Creating or modifying fields Forms and layouts Reports and dashboards Workflow improvements Data cleanup Preparing the application for migration Documenting the commercial data model where necessary The goal is to improve the existing system—not rebuild it. Phase 2 – Zoho CRM Design & Implementation Design and implement our commercial CRM in Zoho, including: CRM architecture Sales pipeline Modules Layouts Custom fields Automation Deluge scripting (where required) Reports Dashboards User permissions Email integration Testing User training and go-live support Phase 3 – Migration Plan and execute the migration from QuickBase to Zoho CRM. Responsibilities include: Data mapping Migration planning Data validation Testing Go-live support Phase 4 – Integration (Optional) We are also building a middleware layer that will synchronize QuickBase and Zoho CRM. Another developer is currently expected to build this integration. However, if the selected consultant has significant experience designing and implementing integrations between CRM and operational systems, there may be an opportunity to expand the project scope.
