CRM Operations & Presentation Specialist ( Part-Time Freelancer (6 Weeks))

Job Description I run a small consulting practice and I'm bringing on a part-time subcontractor to support an active engagement. You'll work directly with me. There is no end client contact at any point in this role. What the work is: This role covers two areas. The first is hands-on CRM work inside a membership management platform. The second is building polished presentation decks from briefs I provide. CRM and Data Operations: Audit and clean duplicate member and contact records Standardize field values, naming conventions, and record types across the database Apply consistent tagging to member segments Configure platform features including job boards, discussion workspaces, and membership tier categories Set up automated email workflows such as renewal reminders and profile update prompts Document everything you do in a short governance guide Presentation Decks: Take written briefs, outlines, or rough content from me and build them into clean, professional slides Maintain visual consistency with established brand templates Incorporate screenshots, tables, and visual frameworks into layouts Revise quickly based on feedback You are the right fit if: You have real hands-on experience inside at least one CRM or membership management platform. Member365, Wild Apricot, MemberClicks, HubSpot, or Salesforce all count.
