CRM Setup & Client Training Specialist (Marketing Agency)

We're looking for a CRM Setup & Client Training Specialist to create a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. In this role, you'll configure CRM systems, organize client data, build essential automations, and ensure every account is properly set up for success. You'll also deliver engaging client training sessions, create clear documentation, and provide ongoing support so clients can confidently use their CRM from day one. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce, along with a solid understanding of pipelines, contact management, workflow automation, forms, calendars, and email marketing. You should be able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users, communicate effectively, and stay highly organized while managing multiple onboarding projects. Success in this role means clients are onboarded quickly, CRM systems are configured accurately, and users adopt the platform with confidence. Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make, as well as familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, or Trello, is a plus.
