Tech Lead / GHL Developer — Growth Operator Agency We're looking for a full-stack GHL developer and marketing tech specialist to own all technical buildouts for our agency and our clients. You'll be responsible for GHL sub-account builds, funnel development, automation workflows, CRM configuration, API integrations, Zapier/Make connections, and ongoing tech maintenance across multiple active client accounts. This is not a support role — you own the tech stack end to end. The right person has deep GoHighLevel expertise, strong troubleshooting instincts, and can take a written spec and turn it into a live, working system without hand-holding. Experience with landing page builds, email/SMS automation, AI chatbot integrations, and third-party tool connections (ManyChat, Calendly, Stripe, etc.) is required. You communicate clearly when blocked and proactively flag issues before they become problems. We move fast and hold a high standard.
