We support businesses, healthcare providers, public sector organisations, legal professionals, and other institutions with reliable multilingual communication solutions. We work with a growing network of qualified freelance interpreters across the UK and are focused on scaling our operations efficiently. Project Overview We are looking for a freelance CRM, Automation, and Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a scalable sales and recruitment process. We are not looking for someone who only sets up software. We are looking for a proactive professional who can recommend the right CRM structure, automate workflows, improve lead management, and help generate qualified business opportunities. Responsibilities CRM Setup & Optimisation * Review our current sales and recruitment processes * Recommend and set up an appropriate CRM system * Create pipelines for: * Client acquisition * Lead management * Interpreter recruitment * Business development * Configure custom fields, stages, tags, and reporting * Ensure the CRM is easy to use and scalable Automation * Set up automated workflows and follow-up sequences * Automate lead capture and lead assignment * Create email and task automation where appropriate * Integrate forms, website enquiries, and other lead sources * Reduce manual administrative work through automation * Create clear documentation of all workflows Lead Generation * Recommend and implement lead generation strategies * Build systems for capturing and nurturing leads * Support outreach campaigns targeting potential clients * Improve conversion from enquiry to client * Develop processes for tracking lead sources and performance * Suggest tools and systems to increase sales opportunities Recruitment Process Optimisation * Create workflows for interpreter recruitment and onboarding * Automate candidate tracking and communication where possible * Improve recruitment pipeline visibility and efficiency Objectives * Implement a professional CRM system * Create efficient automated workflows * Improve lead capture and lead management * Generate qualified business opportunities * Improve sales pipeline visibility * Support interpreter recruitment through streamlined processes * Reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency Requirements * Proven experience with CRM implementation and optimisation * Experience with automation tools and workflow design * Understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation * Experience with recruitment workflows is an advantage * Ability to recommend practical, cost-effective solutions * Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills * Excellent communication in English Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following: * Bigin * Pipedrive * Zoho CRM * GoHighLevel * Zapier * Make * CRM reporting and dashboard creation * B2B lead generation Deliverables * CRM setup and configuration * Sales and recruitment pipelines * Automation workflows * Lead management process * Documentation and recommendations * Performance dashboards (if applicable) * Training or handover documentation Budget * Please provide: * Your hourly rate or fixed project fee * Estimated implementation timeline * Recommended CRM and automation tools * Examples of similar projects completed * Long-term collaboration is preferred if results are satisfactory.
