CRO Project Manager
Worldwide
Salt & Fuessel is a Melbourne-based performance digital agency working with ambitious clients across SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimisation. We do work that actually moves the needle, and we hold ourselves to high standards. We're looking for a CRO Project Manager to keep our testing programme running smoothly. The research and strategy side is covered. What we need is someone who can take that research and drive it through to execution: coordinating with our designer on change briefs, working with our developer to get approved changes built, and helping set up and run A/B tests alongside our existing team. This is a coordination and client-facing role, not a research or analytics role. If you thrive on keeping things moving, following up without apology, and getting stuff across the line, this is a good fit. What you'll be doing - Translating CRO research and recommendations into clear briefs for our designer - Reviewing design concepts and working through feedback and approval cycles - Coordinating with our developer to get approved changes implemented on time - Assisting with the setup and execution of A/B tests (with support from our team) - Managing client communication throughout the process, including proactive follow-ups to keep approvals moving - Being the point of contact who holds the timeline and removes blockers What we're looking for - Solid project management experience, ideally in a digital agency or fast-moving environment - Strong client communication skills. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, following up, and keeping clients accountable without damaging the relationship - Ability to work effectively with designers and developers and translate between them - Comfortable working alongside an existing team to set up and run A/B tests. Prior A/B testing experience is a genuine advantage, but a willingness to learn and execute with guidance is what matters most - Organised, proactive, and not someone who waits to be told what to do - Good judgment on when to escalate and when to just get it sorted What you don't need to be You don't need to be a CRO strategist or analyst. You don't need to code. You do need to understand enough about digital to communicate clearly with designers, developers, and clients, and to keep a testing programme on track. If this is you we would love to hear from you.
