CRO Specialist (Shopify eCommerce)

We are looking for a full-time CRO Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team. This role is focused completely on improving conversion rates and customer experience across our Shopify stores. We are not looking for just a designer or just a developer. We need someone who understands how customers behave, what makes people buy, and how to improve store performance through testing and optimisation. You will work directly with the founder and team on multiple high-volume stores. 💰 Salary: $1000 USD/month 📍 Full-time, long-term role What You’ll Be Doing * Improve conversion rates across product pages, landing pages, and funnels * Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics * Suggest and implement CRO improvements * Test different layouts, offers, headlines, pricing structures, bundles, and page designs * Improve mobile experience, trust, clarity, and overall customer journey * Work closely with developers/designers to launch new tests and improvements * Identify weak points in the store and solve them fast * Help increase AOV, conversion rate, and overall revenue performance Preferred Experience * Strong understanding of CRO and eCommerce psychology * Experience with Shopify stores * Experience with tools like Clarity, Hotjar, Triple Whale, GA4, etc. * Understanding of high-converting product pages and landing pages * Basic understanding of UI/UX and customer behaviour * Experience with Replo or PageFly is a bonus What We’re Looking For * Someone proactive and detail-oriented * Fast execution and problem-solving ability * Someone who thinks from the customer’s perspective * Good communication and accountability * Someone serious about long-term growth and performance Important To confirm you have properly read this job post, start your application with the word *“CONVERT”* at the top.
