Directives: - Ongoing CRO - Meticulous A/b Testing - Aesthetic eye KPIs: - .25% conversation rate lift by 3 months - .5% conversation rate lift within 6 months Must Haves: - Must have direct experience growing $5m-$20m+ e-commerce businesses with CRO - Must be able to join weekly CRO reporting video syncs in ET timezone Hours are billed as needed.
