CRO WordPress Developer - Elementor Expert

Hi there, This position can be a short-term, or it can turn into a long-term opportunity with our team. I would like to start with just assistance on landing pages. You will need to be an absolute expert in Elementor to do this. The landing pages are heavy and clumsy, and we're ready for launch, but the landing pages are blocking us. You will need to be available the first half of the day in U.S. Pacific Standard Time. This will allow us to share screens and fix what is necessary on the landing pages and to make them optimized for conversion rates. This will also involve cleaning up the weird way that they were made. This part of the project will require starting immediately. The second preferred skill would be conversion rate optimization: how to improve on-page conversions. Thirdly; Must have ability and knowledge to optimize for SEO discovery also. Lastly, if you have extensive experience with front-end WordPress, we have quite an extensive WordPress app that needs front-end work. It will need someone who is a senior developer front end in WordPress, as we have tons of weird custom PH, CSS, etc... and it's very old and clumsy. We have a great team, fun crew, fun project.
