CRO delivery partner for Shopify DTC brand: design, build and report on A/B tests

Hey! We're a Dutch DTC pet supplement brand on Shopify, running an active testing program with a scored backlog. Established brand, not a startup, and not a redesign project. I run CRO here and I have plenty of ideas of my own, for both small tests and larger projects. What I don't want is to be the only source of them, or to build every one of them myself. I'm looking for a team that brings its own thinking, keeps the pipeline full, and ships. What you'd own - Generating test ideas of your own, consistently, not just executing mine - The research behind them: session recordings, analytics, support tickets, reviews, whatever your process uses - Designing the variants - Building them (Shopify, Horizon theme) - Setting up and QA'ing each test in Intelligems - Monitoring, and delivering the readout when a test closes - Keeping the pipeline full and moving without me chasing it What I own: - Overall strategy and final prioritisation - The larger projects and the hypotheses I bring to the table - All Dutch copy and claim compliance (regulated category, non-negotiable) - A weekly call on ideas and priorities. Between those calls, you run. Important - You bring your own process and your own QA. Y - ou tell me when something's off before I find it. If I have to manage your sprint for you, this isn't a fit. Not looking for: - A one-off audit deck followed by silence. - Research here is continuous and it feeds tests, not slides. - Strategy retainers with no delivery attached. - Anyone who needs a fully specced ticket before they can start. Requirements: - Shopify front-end development. Real theme work, not page builders. - A/B testing tool experience.
